Bahrain :(

Life is so unpredictable. Everything you plan may go under in an instant. At the recent turns of events, and as fate would have it, I hate to say it but I have got to come back to Bahrain from 9th February until 23th February 2006. That really threw my whole be jolly and move on agenda into nothingness. I have already resigned, and it's time for a handover of responsibilities and duties to other staffs. If the other staff requires training or in-depth explanation, I'll gladly do that. Unfortunately, the shitty management decides to milk me till the end of my tenure. And not to mention, it's an unfair one to begin with. 2 months of notice period. What good does it make to the company and the employee? A retarded policy. Haihhh

It's incomprehensible when there's no other suitable candidate replacements for me. Then the 40+ staffs in the department must be worthless to say the least. Ultra livid. Sigh. Pokai ar, I hope I do not miss any opportunities from the MNCs that I'm eyeing on because of this upcoming trip. I really do think I stand a good chance for the jobs I applied. Since it is so, I guess I'll just let it sink in and think of how I am going to spend this 9k.

A new home

Unfortunately, I have moved. Those who know me should already have known about this.

I shall not publish the new add here. Contact me at jltl1 [at] hotmail [dot] com for the new add. Gracias.

No turning back. 4 days countdown.

Yet another 15 hours ordeal yesterday. I reach my apartment past midnight. I had a shower, a maggi and flu medicine. Then, I plonked myself on the bed and slumbered the night away.

In 13 days time, I'll be heading back to KL. This time it's for good. I'm guaranteeing myself for that. It really has been awhile. Around 15 months to be exact. The 12 months when I was in UK just whizzed pass me but certainly not this one. I'm glad it's going to be over soon. After which, I might be worried about the next job (it's inherent in my nature to worry) or perhaps enjoy myself in a pre-retirement holiday. I guess I shall hangout at my friends' shops and workplaces and travel all around to catch up and pretend to be busy. Yeah, it's time to reap the rewards.

Back to the arabs

I'll be leaving for Bahrain yet again tomorrow morning. This would mean that my stay over there has been for 15 months altogether. That's at least 11 months more than what it should be. Reflecting back, I would say I have gained as well as lost some in that period. I'm glad I managed to drag my feet and pull myself through it. But that doesn't mean I'm willing to go through another vicious cycle of that nature again.

This time around, I'll be putting my plan into action. I guess the timing is just right. I hope opportunities are there to greet me upon returning here just before Chinese New Year. Even more so the better if I really land myself into consultancy.

Hope. One keeps walking because of hope.

A splendid start entering year 2006. A new year beckons again. I wonder what the future holds. Wow!
